OutLoud Marketing was hired to provide a single-source solution for the NFL’s game in Mexico in 2022. Our team managed on-the-ground coordination, supervision, and scheduling for large-scale corporate event staffing needs.
We provided event specialists with emcee skills, crowd-control, registration, trade-show management, and spokesmodel skill sets. Our team collaborated with the NFL to create a memorable experience for everyone involved.

The Outcome:

Again, OutLoud Marketing showcased its ability to go above and beyond for the scheduling, coordination, and supervision of high-caliber events. We not only provided the NFL with dozens of talented event specialists to staff their event, but we also handled day-of logistics to ensure that every aspect of the event went off without a hitch.

The Work:

Another one of the events that OutLoud Marketing was hired for was the GYMSHARK pop-up in Houston, Texas. The client was looking for a large staff that embodied their brand’s lifestyle, and OutLoud Marketing delivered just that. We provided 60 lifestyle brand ambassadors who managed crowd control, meet and greets, giveaways, and credit card payments.

The Outcome:

The event was a huge success, with sold-out lines all day and high social media impressions. The client was extremely pleased with OutLoud Marketing’s staff, and the event generated a tremendous amount of media buzz.

The Work:

McDonald’s is one of our most valued clients, and we have worked with them on numerous occasions. One of our biggest successes was when we helped launch their limited edition Surprise Happy Meal featuring retro toys.

These events attracted a large turnout, and our partners at McDonald’s were incredibly pleased with the outcome of each and every one. These events helped to boost customer satisfaction and return rates, as well as to showcase the company’s commitment to diversity and multiculturalism.

The Work:

Outloud Marketing faced the task of sourcing over 60 skilled professionals, including Site Managers and Brand Ambassadors, for Root Insurance’s street team initiatives.

The Outcome:

Through the expertise and dedication of our team, Root Insurance’s street team initiatives garnered over 100,000 impressions across four markets. The adept execution of lead generation strategies and guest interactions resulted in surpassing our client’s goals, with over 900 app downloads and completed profiles, ultimately ensuring client satisfaction

The Work:

OutLoud Marketing was tasked with hiring and managing over 80 tech-savvy staff, including Site Managers and Brand Ambassadors. The Dell Technology Tour required staff who were not only able to handle technical questions and problems with ease, but could also communicate in a friendly, helpful way with guests.

The Outcome:

During this program, our staff successfully guided over 70,000 groups and individuals in 21 States through this unique promotional experience. Our tech-savvy staff demonstrated their expertise in handling technical equipment and interacting with the guests. We received positive feedback from the attendees, and the client was pleased with the result of the event.

The Work:

One of our most successful event staffing projects was the Spectrum Back to School College Tour. Our goal was to drive sales amongst off-campus students, educate students about Spectrum products and services, and drive awareness of the Back to School offer.

The Outcome:

We provided staff at each of the 16 tour stops across the country, with each team consisting of at least one team lead and six brand ambassadors. We made sure to match the age range at each college, ideally between the ages of 18-30. At the end of the tour, we generated a lot of sales and meaningful interactions, and handed out branded premiums, resulting in over 10,000 impressions.
