One of our most successful event staffing projects was the Spectrum Back to School College Tour. Our goal was to drive sales amongst off-campus students, educate students about Spectrum products and services, and drive awareness of the Back to School offer.
We provided staff at each of the 16 tour stops across the country, with each team consisting of at least one team lead and six brand ambassadors. We made sure to match the age range at each college, ideally between the ages of 18-30. At the end of the tour, we generated a lot of sales and meaningful interactions, and handed out branded premiums, resulting in over 10,000 impressions.
